Job Summary
Retail Sales Assistant role with Keyholder responsibilities at The Works. Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service on the shop floor, maintain store standards (merchandising, cleanliness, stock replenishment), operate tills with cash handling, support deliveries and stock control, and uphold health & safety and loss prevention procedures. For Keyholders, responsibilities include opening/closing the store and enhanced supervisory duties with finance handling. Requires strong communication, teamwork, reliability, and flexibility to work varied shifts in a fast-paced retail environment. The position is an 8-hour contract based in Northallerton, United Kingdom, with brand ambassador responsibilities and opportunities for skill development.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or hospitality role
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
