Retail Sales Assistant - Keyholder

Retail Sales Assistant role focused on delivering friendly, knowledgeable service on the shop floor, keeping store standards high with merchandising, stock replenishment, and cash handling. Responsibilities include operating tills, assisting customers with shopping missions, recommending products to match interests, supporting deliveries and stockroom organization, adhering to health & safety and loss prevention procedures, and, for Keyholders, opening/closing the store and assisting with cash handling and security. Emphasis on being a brand ambassador, collaborative teamwork, and delivering an engaging customer experience to drive store KPIs.
