Job Summary
Retail Sales Assistant on a contract basis at The Works, serving as a brand ambassador on the shop floor. Delivers friendly, knowledgeable service, maintains store standards (merchandising, cleanliness, stock replenishment), and handles transactions with tills and cash. Supports deliveries and stockroom organization, observes health and safety and loss-prevention procedures, and assists with opening/closing as a Keyholder where applicable. Works with teammates to meet store targets and KPIs, stays informed on promotions and products, and embodies the brand’s values. Requires strong communication, reliability, teamwork, and a flexible, customer-focused approach. The role is based in King’s Lynn, United Kingdom.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or hospitality
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Keyholder responsibilities (opening/closing and cash handling) (if applicable)
