Job Summary
Greet customers immediately upon arrival and deliver excellent service. File paperwork, manage scheduling, and assist the sales team with quotes, orders, special orders, and delivery setups through dispatch. Complete required training and adhere to all company policies while maintaining the best interest of the company. Perform any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the Sales Manager, General Manager, or Schillings family. This role requires proficiency in Excel, Word, and Windows, along with strong math skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Full-time positions include competitive pay, medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k with profit sharing, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Windows
- Good math skills and strong attention to detail

- Exceptional organizational skills
