Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service through knowledgeable interactions and educate clients on pet care and products. Complete sales transactions to meet store goals while maintaining high store presentation standards and ensuring accurate stock replenishment. Demonstrate initiative by keeping current on pet care knowledge and actively contribute to a safe, supportive instore culture. Physically fit with ability to lift up to 20kgs, with flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.

- Experience in a similar retail environment
- Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales target
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and the team
