Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service by educating clients on pet care and completing sales transactions to meet store goals. Maintain high store presentation standards by accurately displaying and replenishing new stock while ensuring product safety. Build rapport with customers and team members to foster a supportive, fun culture instore. Actively keep knowledge current on pet products and services through initiative and continuous learning. Work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays to support the Petstock Group's mission of inspiring better people through a passion for pets, people, and the planet.
Required Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and the team
- Physically fit, with ability to lift products up to 20kgs
- Flexibility and ability to work weekends and public holidays
- A passion for animals and providing the best customer service
- Experience in a similar retail environment
- Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales target
