Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service with memorable interactions, educating clients on pet care and products. Complete sales transactions to meet store goals while maintaining high presentation standards and ensuring accurate stock replenishment. Demonstrate initiative by keeping knowledge current on pet care and services, and actively contribute to a supportive instore culture with a strong safety mindset. Physically fit for lifting up to 20kg, with flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
Required Qualifications
- A passion for animals and providing the best customer service
- Experience in a similar retail environment
- Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales target
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and the team
- Physically fit, with ability to lift products up to 20kgs
