Job Summary
Greet customers, listen to their needs, and guide them to tailored sleep therapy solutions while achieving sales targets. Respond to enquiries in-store and over the phone, fit customers for masks, and educate them on safe equipment use. Investigate therapy issues, conduct follow-up calls to support compliance, and maintain visual merchandising and stock levels. Process POS transactions, manage inventory, and ensure trial devices are customer-ready. Complete ongoing product training to maintain expert knowledge. Work 3–5 days per week including 1–2 Saturdays, with full training provided to become a sleep health expert.
