Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and complete memorable sales transactions to help customers find the best pet care products. Maintain high store presentation, stay up-to-date on pet care knowledge, and contribute to a supportive, inclusive team culture. Demonstrate initiative in product knowledge, assist with stock replenishment, and meet store sales goals while ensuring safety. Must be physically capable of lifting up to 20kg and be available to work weekends and public holidays. Prior retail experience and a passion for animals are essential to connect with customers and the team.
