Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service through memorable, meaningful interactions where you inspire and educate customers on the best care and products for their pets. Complete sales transactions aiming to reach set store goals while maintaining high store presentation standards and ensuring new stock is promptly and accurately displayed. Demonstrate initiative by actively keeping knowledge up to date on pet care, products, and services. Contribute to a fun, supportive culture instore with a strong safety mindset. This role requires a passion for animals, experience in similar retail environments, and the physical ability to lift products up to 20kgs. Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays is essential.
