Job Summary
Deliver warm, professional service to every customer, provide expert product knowledge and styling advice, and drive sales by creating exceptional in-store experiences. Assist with merchandising, stock replenishment, and store presentation; process sales through POS and handle customer transactions; support the team in achieving sales targets and store goals. Must have previous retail sales or related experience, passion for homewares and lifestyle products, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work weekends with a hands-on team approach.
