Job Summary
Manage operational performance of EKO petrol stations within the assigned region while monitoring compliance with Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental requirements. Drive customer service quality and active sales performance by analyzing results, optimizing operating expenses, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Coach and develop station managers, support recruitment, and resolve customer complaints alongside market trend analysis. Prepare regular business analyses and performance reviews to ensure adherence to company policies and training programs. Requires extensive travel and a university degree in Economics or Business Administration.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in Petrol industry or Retail, FMCG
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze performance and drive results
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with solution-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with ability to work under pressure
- Proactive and flexible attitude with ability to adapt fast to changing environment
- Experience working with ERP and CRM systems
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel extensively
