Job Summary
Retail Sales and Parts Specialist at Carefree Spas, a family-owned spa and pool retailer. Responsibilities include driving retail sales and customer experience across Central Indiana, presenting and promoting products, coordinating warranty logistics, meeting clients onsite to evaluate installation feasibility, processing payments, stocking and merchandising parts, managing warranty logistics, and participating in area events to build brand awareness. Requires relationship-building, CRM proficiency, strong communication/negotiation, and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Works Tuesday–Saturday (45–50 hours/week).
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales and exceptional customer service
- Comfort using CRM platforms and strong technical aptitude
- Ability to build trust and rapport selling a top-line luxury home product
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented self-starter with a “do what it takes” work ethic (no clock-watchers)
- Valid driver’s license + acceptable BMV check for insurance coverage
- Reliable transportation for client meetings
- Availability to work Tuesday–Saturday, 45–50 hours/week
- High School Diploma or GED, or more
