Job Summary
Lead sales floor operations by greeting customers with credible product solutions and ensuring satisfaction standards are met. Oversee visual merchandising execution, manage freight flow and merchandise processing including cycle counts, and lead open/close procedures. Supervise department staffing, training, and scheduling while providing regular coaching on sales presentation and inventory awareness. Serve as floor leader or manager-in-charge during store manager absences and partner with HR on personnel issues. Requires two years of retail supervisory experience, high school diploma, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Full-time shifts include mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays with a salary of $70,304.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Two or more years of experience in a retail sales environment
- Direct accountability for achieving sales and customer service targets
- Experience in a lead or supervisory capacity
- Ability to communicate professionally
- Ability to handle multiple customers at once
- Ability to relate to people with varying levels of technical expertise
- Ability to generate sales
- Ability to execute corporate initiatives
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Availability for hours before and after the store is open
- Availability for mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
