Job Summary
Assist customers with computer and electronics purchases in our high-volume big box retail store while maintaining product knowledge through ongoing sales, vendor, and product training. Maintain the department by ensuring a clean work area, processing freight, completing mark downs, and supporting store operations via open/close procedures with loss prevention awareness. Shifts include hours before and after store opening, covering mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Requires high school diploma, one-year customer service experience, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- one-year related experience in a customer service or related role
- Passion for technology including computers/electronics & commissioned sales experience
- Sincere interest in helping customers select products that meet their needs
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- ability to work shifts including hours before and after the store is open to the public
- ability to work mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- ability to multi-task and adjust priorities
Desired Qualifications
