Job Summary
Detail-oriented Retail Sales Analyst to monitor shipments, schedule pickups, maintain logistics records, communicate with drivers and warehouses, prepare reports, and support logistics planning. Responsibilities include monitoring and tracking truck and shipment status, scheduling pickups/deliveries, maintaining accurate shipping records, responding to inquiries, and contributing to logistics strategy in a fast-paced environment. Requires 3-5 years of logistics or supply chain experience, Advanced Excel skills, strong organizational and communication abilities, and the ability to multitask. Familiarity with logistics software or tools is an advantage.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a similar field preferred
- Previous experience in logistics, administration, or a related field is preferred
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with logistics software or tools is an advantage
