Retail Sales Ambassador - Dresses Multi-Vendor, Mall at Rockingham Park - Full Time

Ambassador drives sales by connecting with customers, sharing vendor product knowledge to upsell, and building a brand-specific clientele. They serve as a liaison between vendors, personal stylists, and store leadership, execute merchandising initiatives, plan and lead customer-facing vendor events, and ensure the sales floor is neat and properly signed for sales and markdowns. Must be proficient with Macy’s POS systems, possess excellent verbal and written communication, and maintain strong interpersonal skills. Requires self-motivation, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Minimum 1 year of retail or selling experience is required.
