Job Summary
Engage customers in a vibrant retail setting, inspiring style exploration through styling, curating digital content, and driving sales goals via Nordstrom Rewards account growth. Manage department readiness by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, applying price markdowns, and performing light cleaning. Occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed. This role requires continuous movement for 6-8 hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedules allow you to balance work with personal commitments.

- Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching in order to handle merchandise and assist customers
- Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head
- Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
- Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds

- Drive your earnings by achieving sales goals through styling and curating content on digital platforms (inclusive of text and social media)
- Grow relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts
