Job Summary
Manage inbound retail specialized calls from field staff and Home Depot store personnel, creating jobs and leads in multiple operating systems. Support the confirmation process for Home Depot leads and assign them to estimates, while acting as overflow for the Install Department's CCR to Sales Coordinator Process. Handle outbound calls for same-day or next-day estimates and provide backup payment processing and minor task support during Home Depot-related issues. Requires weekend availability, basic computer knowledge, and three years of workplace computer operation.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a Home Depot Background
- Need weekend availability, Saturday and Sunday
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- 3yrs or more of operating a computer in a work place setting
- Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Skype for Business)
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Outlook, Etc)
- Multi-task while on be comfortable with taking phone calls
- Time Management Skills
Desired Qualifications
- No prior trade or call center experience required but is a plus
