Job Summary
Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using text and social media tools. Build lasting relationships with customers by providing honest feedback on style and fit while cultivating a customer following. Maintain department readiness by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, applying price markdowns, and performing light cleaning. Grow relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts. Work a flexible schedule based on business needs, which may occasionally require performing duties in other departments. Handle merchandise involving continuous movement, lifting items up to 25 pounds, and frequent use of hands for grasping and pushing.

- Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head
- Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
