Retail Sale Associate

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Roles may be cross-trained to support store needs. Responsibilities include accurately ringing purchases/returns, counting change, promoting credit and loyalty programs, upholding merchandising standards, processing merchandise for the sales floor, participating in store recovery, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and supporting labor policies and loss-prevention goals. Strong customer service, communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment are essential.
