Job Summary
Develop and implement safety programs across retail locations, ensuring OSHA compliance; conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations; lead safety training and associate education; partner with store leadership to drive safety initiatives and manage equipment safety in high-risk departments; serve as primary contact for incident reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions; collaborate with Facilities and vendors to uphold safety standards across multi-site retail operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Health, or related field
- 3–5 years of safety experience, preferably in multi-site retail or grocery environments
- OSHA knowledge required; certifications (ASP, CSP, OSHA 30) preferred
