Retail Running Specialist

Drives sales by engaging with the local running community and serving as a knowledgeable ambassador for footwear geared toward runners. Provides in-depth product knowledge and customer-focused support to colleagues and customers, maintains footwear department presentation to company standards, adheres to safety and loss-prevention policies, fosters an inclusive store environment, supports the team across the store, and performs other duties as assigned by management.
