Job Summary
Drive sales through community involvement by attending local market races as a Dick's Sporting Goods representative to promote the store as a destination for runners. Provide in-depth product knowledge and technical support on footwear for customers and associates. Maintain welcoming, service-oriented environment with strong product knowledge, uphold store presentation in the Footwear Department, and follow safety/loss-prevention policies. Create an inclusive store atmosphere where teammates and customers feel welcome and respected. Support the team with an all-hands-on-deck approach and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred
