Retail Running Specialist

Drive sales through community involvement by attending local market races as a representative of Dick's Sporting Goods to promote the store as a destination for running enthusiasts. Provide technical footwear product knowledge to customers and teammates, maintain footwear department presentation and signage to company standards, and uphold safety and loss-prevention policies. Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome, and support the team across the store with a proactive, all-hands-on-deck approach. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
