Retail Running Specialist

Drives sales through community involvement by attending local market races as a representative of Dick's Sporting Goods to promote the store as a destination for running enthusiasts. Provides technical support based on in-depth product knowledge to peers and customers on footwear merchandise focused on runners. Delivers strong customer service by greeting and acknowledging customers and maintaining product knowledge, while preserving footwear department presentation to company standards. Adheres to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures and protects confidential information. Fosters an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and respected. Takes an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store and performs other tasks as assigned by management.
