Drives sales through community involvement by representing Dick''s Sporting Goods at local market races to position the store as a destination for running enthusiasts. Provides footwear product knowledge and technical support to customers and associates, supports friendly customer service standards, maintains footwear department presentation and signage, adheres to safety and loss-prevention policies, ensures a welcoming and inclusive store environment, and collaborates with teammates to support store operations.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred
