Job Summary
Drives sales through community involvement by attending local market races as a representative of Dick's Sporting Goods to promote the store as a destination for running enthusiasts; provides technical support on footwear to customers and teammates with in-depth product knowledge; maintains friendly customer service, merchandise presentation standards, and signage in the Footwear Department; adheres to safety, loss prevention, and SOPs; fosters an inclusive store environment and supports the team across the store; performs other tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred
