Job Summary
Drive sales and enhance the customer experience by acting as a product-knowledgeable ambassador for running footwear, greeting customers, maintaining Footwear Department presentation, upholding safety and loss-prevention policies, and supporting the team across the store. Responsibilities include promoting the store as a destination for running enthusiasts at local events, providing technical footwear recommendations, delivering friendly service, managing signage and merchandising per company standards, and collaborating with teammates to ensure an inclusive, welcoming environment. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred
