Job Summary
Provide product expertise in footwear for runners, drive sales through community involvement by representing Dick's Sporting Goods at local races, and promote the store as a destination shop for running enthusiasts. Deliver in-depth, knowledge-based technical support to customers and fellow associates on footwear, maintain merchandising presentation and signage for the Footwear Department, and uphold store policies on safety and loss prevention. Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and respected, support the team with an all-hands-on-deck approach, and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred
