Job Summary
Support sales team in delivering excellent customer service by responding to customer requests through associates and maintaining store ambiance. Prepare and organize fitting rooms, ensuring cleanliness between use, while assisting with receiving, tagging, and labelling new stock. Support visual merchandising and store presentation, stock service stations with necessary supplies, and move merchandise from inventory to shop floor. Follow store safety and operational procedures, reporting incidents or safety issues to management. Assist with general store support tasks and maintain communication between customers and sales team. Minimum SSCE required with 1–2 years' experience preferred.
