Job Summary
Prepare fitting rooms with requested items, maintain store ambiance, and stock service stations with required supplies. Transport merchandise from inventory to the shop floor, assist in visual merchandising, and label new items for display. Respond promptly to customer requests by communicating needs to sales associates while ensuring efficient service. Adhere to all safety and security policies, reporting accidents or unsafe conditions to the Retail Manager immediately. Perform any other tasks as assigned to support the retail team in achieving optimal client experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Senior Secondary School Certificate
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
- Must be organized
- Must be professional in attitude and appearance
- Must be a good team player
- Must demonstrate good judgment
- Must have a friendly personality
