Drive the execution of the in-store rock wall experience by outfitting customers, directing workflow, and supervising climb sessions. Monitor climbing activities, instruct techniques for all experience levels, and teach instructional lessons as requested. Ensure safety and security by identifying equipment concerns, maintaining loss prevention standards, and enforcing safety protocols for the climbing wall. Uphold company standards for merchandise presentation, replenishment, and floor sets while engaging in consultative product advice. Assist store management with opening/closing, cash office functions, scheduling, and training associates on procedures. Manage team-building events and mentor new hires to share best practices. Maintain up-to-date certifications and collaborate on department initiatives.
