Instruct climbing techniques for explorers of all ages, teach instructional lessons, and manage team-building events with guides. Uphold company standards for merchandise presentation, replenishment, and safety protocols while ensuring all certifications remain current. Assist store management with general supervision, opening and closing procedures, and department scheduling. Drive customer engagement through consultative advice and product knowledge, ensuring compliance with loss prevention standards and safety controls for equipment and the building.
