Retail Rock Climbing Lead

Monitor climbing activities, provide assistance to climbers, and supervise climb sessions while directing workflow and overseeing daily operations of the climb department. Drive engagement, training, and educational programs for customers and teammates, instructing climbing techniques and teaching instructional lessons for all age and experience levels. Ensure the highest level of customer service by providing consultative advice and demonstrating excellent product knowledge. Uphold company standards for merchandise presentation, replenishment, and safety protocols, including identifying and correcting safety concerns with equipment. Assist store management with general supervision, opening and closing, scheduling, and training associates on Company procedures. Manage team-building events at the rock wall with guides and maintain compliance with safety standard operating procedures.
