Retail Rock Climbing Associate

Monitor climbing activities, provide assistance to climbers, and instruct techniques for all experience levels. Direct department workflow, oversee daily operations, and ensure company standards for merchandise presentation and floor sets. Drive engagement and training programs for teammates and customers while maintaining safety protocols for the rock wall and equipment. Identify and correct safety concerns, ensure all certifications are current, and support team-building events. Uphold loss prevention standards and create an inclusive environment where everyone feels safe and respected.
