Direct daily operations of the climb department, oversee workflow under the Lead, and ensure company standards for merchandise presentation and replenishment. Drive customer engagement and training programs while maintaining safety protocols for the rock wall and equipment. Uphold loss prevention controls, complete required certifications, and support team-building events at the facility.
