Retail Rock Climbing Associate

Monitor climbing activities, provide assistance to climbers, and direct daily operations of the climb department under the Lead and Assistant Store Manager. Drive engagement and educational programs for teammates and customers by instructing climbing techniques for all ages and experience levels, while ensuring product experts deliver consultative advice. Uphold company standards for merchandise presentation, safety protocols, and loss prevention controls. Maintain confidentiality and create an inclusive environment where everyone feels safe and respected. Perform other tasks as assigned by management. Prior retail experience preferred; climbing certification required. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
