RETAIL RESET MERCHANDISER PART TIME
Job Summary
Retail Reset Merchandisers at CROSSMARK operate in grocery/retail environments to execute resets and merchandising tasks. Responsibilities include reading plano-grams and schematic layouts, implementing department or brand resets across a variety of retailers, meeting changing deadlines, interfacing with clients and store management, maintaining professional relationships, reporting completed tasks in designated systems the day of work, and ensuring proper equipment maintenance. The role emphasizes customer service, collaboration, and adherence to client plans and policies. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED (associates preferred), ability to travel 25-40 miles to multiple locations, reliable transportation, basic computer literacy (MS Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer), and willingness to participate in background checks and drug screening. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with occasional early morning, overnight travel, weekends, or evenings; mileage reimbursement is provided. This is a part-time position with potential for growth and advancement within CROSSMARK.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior retail reset or merchandising experience (preferred)
- Reliable transportation to multiple locations (25-40 miles)
- Ability to travel to multiple locations
- Ability to read plano-grams and schematic layouts
- Customer service oriented
- English language skills (bilingual may be required)
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer)
- Background check and drug screening as designated by client
