Job Summary
Retail Representative for JARS Cannabis in Center Line, MI, reporting to the General Manager. Deliver exemplary customer care by assessing customer needs, sharing knowledge of cannabis products, upselling promotions, and executing transactions accurately in the POS system. Support inventory tasks, maintain a clean and organized sales floor, follow CRA policies and store policies, participate in mandatory training through JARS University (virtual and in-person), assist with opening/closing duties, and adapt to varied hours including nights and weekends. Requires 21+ and at least 2 years of retail/customer service experience; cannabis knowledge and ability to operate a computer/POS system are essential. The role involves frequent customer and staff interaction in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment and offers full-time or part-time scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a retail, sales, and/or hospitality environment
- Acquired knowledge of cannabis strains and applications
- Cannabis industry and/or health industry experience highly desirable
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Basic math skills
