RETAIL REPRESENTATIVE

Job Summary
Deliver 100% coverage of assigned retail territory per client frequency plans while maintaining merchandise displays through cleaning, stocking, and rotating products. Implement retail schematics, execute initiatives like new item placement and price incentives, and attain item placement according to shelf standards. Report all missions, sets, and notes in real time via Go Spot Check application and check schedules for work assignments. Attend customer store sets to meet marketing objectives and communicate effectively with Schraad staff and store personnel regarding tasks and objectives. Record work expenses, time, and time-off requests in the Paycom system and report equipment issues for immediate resolution. Check company email twice daily for operational updates and participate in team meetings and food shows. Continual travel is required, including overnight stays outside the local area.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must possess strong interpersonal, decision making and leadership skills
- Must possess strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with using Technology (Computers, Smart Phone, Tablets)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)
- Must have access to a reliable vehicle
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must provide valid proof of insurance that meets company requirements
- Must have access to reliable high-speed internet
- Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must have the ability to climb a ladder
- Continual travel is required
- Travel may be outside the local area and include overnight stays
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
