RETAIL REPRESENTATIVE

Job Summary
Deliver 100% coverage of assigned retail territory per client frequency plans while maintaining merchandise displays through cleaning, stocking, and rotating products. Implement retail schematics, execute initiatives like new item placement and price incentives, and attain shelf standards per guidelines. Use the Go Spot Check application to report missions, sets, and notes in real time, check schedules, accept assignments, and record work times. Attend customer store sets to meet marketing objectives, communicate with staff and store personnel, and check email twice daily for updates. Travel continuously, including overnight stays, and manage expenses and time requests in the Paycom system. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and ability to lift 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must possess strong interpersonal, decision making and leadership skills
- Must possess strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with using Technology (Computers, Smart Phone, Tablets)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)
- Must have access to a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and provide valid proof of insurance that meets company requirements
- Must have access to reliable high-speed internet
- Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must have the ability to climb a ladder
- Continual travel is required
- Travel may be outside the local area and include overnight stays
