Job Summary
As our Repair Tech (Guitar), you will provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments (primarily guitars) and assist in the maintenance of store inventory, continually building business through excellent customer experience and quality workmanship. You will understand and deliver strong customer service, develop knowledge of products and store operations, interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, and perform skilled guitar repairs with attention to craftsmanship.
