Job Summary
Deliver exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects by conducting needs-based assessments and advising on financial solutions across everyday banking, retail investments, lending, and home financing. Build and grow relationships through proactive outreach, appointments, and collaboration with branch teams and partners, while guiding customers to appropriate digital/self-serve options. Ensure accurate data entry, compliance with regulatory and lending policies, and risk-management practices to protect assets and meet business objectives. The role involves engaging customers to identify immediate/future opportunities, handling inquiries, and contributing to a personalized customer experience across channels.
Required Qualifications
- Typically between 2-3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in a consultative customer service or sales role with a focus on delivering a personal customer experience.
- Knowledge of personal banking products, retail investments, and lending products.
- Willingness to comply with regulatory requirements and, for US roles, federal registrations as applicable (e.g., mortgage licensing and safety disclosures).
