Job Summary
Retail Relationship Banker focused on delivering exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects. Drives needs-based conversations to identify financial solutions across everyday banking, retail investments, lending (including home financing and small business), and digital/self-serve options. Partners with branch and network teams to schedule appointments, grow loyalty, and build new customer relationships within the community. Acts within risk and regulatory requirements to ensure accurate data and compliant lending recommendations; may work across multiple branches or channels, with responsibilities spanning sales, service, and customer support while contributing to an improved overall customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Typically 2-3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field desirable or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions
- Working knowledge of retail investments and lending products
- Experience in financial services is an asset

Additional Requirements
- Canada only: Registration to sell investment products completed - as appropriate for the jurisdiction
- U.S. Only: This position will act as an originator of consumer loans... Federal registration with NMLS will be required
