Oversee operations of multiple Kenny U-Pull locations within the district; lead and develop Branch Managers; manage budgets and financial performance; ensure adherence to policies, safety, and environmental standards; drive customer service excellence and strategic initiatives to grow market share; travel within the district (~70%); partner with internal stakeholders to align priorities and drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Regional Manager or similar senior management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Ability to travel within the district as required (70% on the road)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
