Job Summary
Greet and assist customers, schedule appointments, and verify insurance coverage while maintaining accurate patient records. Perform preliminary testing data collection, conduct medical coding and insurance research, and handle billing and payments. Answer phones, check patients in and out, and call for insurance preauthorizations. Clean the reception area, offer promotions, and manage doctor referral logs. Work full-time inside the location with changing schedules to meet business demands.
Required Qualifications
- One year of experience
- HS diploma, GED or 1-5 years of equivalent related job experience
