Job Summary
Receiving Colleague responsible for receiving merchandise, organizing stockroom, and assisting with curbside orders to support inventory accuracy and a smooth customer experience. Duties include reviewing shipments, tagging and organizing stock, fulfilling Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders, replenishing stock on the floor, restocking merchandise, maintaining a clean and navigable stockroom and sales floor, and delivering friendly, proactive customer service. The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and meeting daily sales goals while contributing to store performance and operational excellence.
