Job Summary
Receiving Colleague (Back of House) at Macy’s Macy’s Receiving Colleague supports store operations by receiving and organizing merchandise, maintaining stockroom accuracy, and fulfilling Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders, including curbside deliveries. Responsibilities include restocking, tagging, organizing the stockroom, assisting customers with warm, helpful service, and contributing to meeting daily sales goals. Requires attention to detail, teamwork, effective communication, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods; weekend availability and Flex scheduling are required.
