Job Summary
Assist customers, help shoppers locate products, and deliver a fast, friendly checkout experience. Unload trucks, stock merchandise, execute planograms, and participate in in-store recovery and merchandise recovery. Support omnichannel processes (BOPIS/SFS), enroll customers in rewards and Private Label Credit Cards, and provide VOC survey engagement. Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production; follow SOPs, safety programs, and company policies. Maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store while upholding a positive, respectful environment for customers and team members.
Required Qualifications
- Sixteen (16) years or older
- Previous retail and/or customer service experience preferred
